Scope of application This standard specifies the minimum requirements of a specialized laboratory to be accredited Building, Standard applies to entities to establish, manage operating specialized experiments Construction and as a basis for the assessment authorities recognized specialized laboratories Construction.

2. Normative references ISO / IEC 17024:2001 - ISO / IEC 17025:1999 - General requirements for the competence of calibration and testing laboratories, ISO 5951:1995 - Guide to building a quality manual, ISO 5954: 1995 (ISO / IEC Guide 58-93)-system calibration and testing - general requirements for operation and recognition; TCXD 273:2002 - Level experimenters engineering construction industry; ISO / ISO 9001:2000 - Quality management systems - Requirements.

3. The terms and definitions of terms and definitions given in ISO 5958:1995, ISO 5954:1995 (ISO / IEC Guide 58-93), ASTM E548: 1993 with the following terms are used in this standard:

3.1 Specialized Laboratory Construction: As functional units perform the inspection and assessment of the technical characteristics of the land for construction, materials, textures, structures ... used in the construction of equipment and specialized machines.

3.2 Accredited laboratory: A laboratory accredited by the Ministry of Construction qualified (meet the conditions specified in this standard), is authorized to execute a number of field experiments under the recognition decision. Laboratories must set fixed in a specific address.

3.3  Standard room: the space of laboratory environments require the conditions prescribed standard (power supply, bio disinfected, dust, temperature, humidity, vibration, electromagnetic ... ).

3.4 Material Standard: A standard materials or substances used to calibrate the apparatus for measuring or corrected measurement data when conducting experiments.

3.5 Field experiment, which is a specialized laboratory methods have a common object. For example, land for construction, concrete and other material components, plastics and asphalt, field testing, chemical analysis, mechanical and other materials.
