1.1. Scope and Applicability

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods for materials with thermoplastic road marking paint domestically produced or imported used on asphalt pavement, concrete or paved (with plastic float to the surface) by spraying, push presses or push bar.

Note: 3 thermoplastic road marking paints mentioned in this standard are classified according to three methods of construction.

1.2. Reference Standards

This standard was compiled on the basis of reference standard AS4049, 3-1994. "Paints and related materials - Road marking materials. Part 2: Thermoplastic road marking materials"

1.3. The term is mainly used in the standard

1.3.1. Aggregate - granular mineral content such as calcium carbonate, quartz, or silicon used to make ice blocks for thermoplastic road marking paint.

3. Prepare the test place

5. Preparation Materials

When preparing material to note the following points:

(a) Avoid heating the safe heating temperature of the thermoplastic material. The loss of color and brittleness may occur if the temperature exceeds the value specified by the manufacturer.

(b) thermoplastic materials must be constructed within 6 hours after the temperature reached using.

6. Create reflective material
